  Horrible customer service from the checkout manager on several occasions, hence why I do not shop at my local Woolworths anymore. The majority of the staff there are friendly, and the store is big, although outdated and old. I will not return as I do not think that customers should be spoken to like they are pieces of trash. Do people really not understand the fact that customers are the reason for your salary, therefore you should treat them with respect instead of being rude and unfriendly. I would rather shop at the Coles that's in the same center than have to return to this Woolworths ever again.

  Not a big fan of the big supermarkets myself but this one is ok (nice staff) and does actually have a few nice local and ethical or eco products at good prices that tempts me in occasionally, but every time I find at least one thing I was hoping to buy is out of stock or not stocked at - this time my family's favourite tea and local butter out of stock. And weirdly the local olives I wanted weren't in the olive section, but all on their own in a 'buy local' section in a random place.
